Protein is high-protein powder produced from hemp cake- material obtained from pressing hemp seeds. Hemp cake is then grinded and thoroughly sieved to different fractions. During processing, material temperature do not rise above 40 degrees. Smallest fraction product is packed as hemp protein.
Hemp protein is a rich source of vitamins and minerals, and the only natural protein that contains omega-3 essential fatty acids. It is easily digestible, won’t cause bloating, has a perfect pH balance, and is easily absorbed by a human body. This product has about 50% of plant based protein.
Hemp oil is processed through low-speed in low temperature pressing procedure(lower than 40 C). Our oil is virgin- seeds ar not preheated or pressed twice. Then it is stored in stainless steel tanks for 3-4 days. This filtering method is slower, however it enable us to maintain as much hemp attributes as possible. In this time sediment from pressing are filtered to the bottom and pure oil is packed in chosen packaging.
Hemp seed oil has fine nutty flavour and dark green colour. It contains the most perfect ratio of natural Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids – 3:1 that reflects the 2, 5 million years of mankind’s nutrition history.
This is where path for quality starts. We cooperate with trustworthy local farmers who are able to offer suitable size, clean and perfectly dried seeds, cultivated in fields without any pesticides or herbicides (Organic). Seeds are then dried to 8 % humidity in temperature not higher than 40C with high airflow, right after harvesting. Then all necessary laboratory analysis are done to prevent any chemical or microbiological contamination. Afterwards seeds are sieved to different sizes- <2mm, 2-2,5 mm, 2,5-3mm, >3mm and used for producing different products.

We process hemp seeds by de-shelling them. Only large size- 2,5 mm or higher- are processed to offer high-grade product. Seeds are mechanically launched to rotating ceramic disc to fracture shell and obtain kernel. Then it is sieved by gravitational principle to remove shell pieces or any other impurities. In all processes temperature is lower than 40 C, helping to maintain all vital elements and attributes of hemp seeds Then product is packed to 20 kg food bags.
